My friend, Carissa emailed me a link to this video today. If anyone ever needs inspiration to keep going, this is the perfect video. It makes me that much more determined to get healthy again so I can get back out there racing with Team in Training.

Fare warning, the video will probably make you cry. Or maybe I'm just extra emotional these days.
