6 miles... revisited

What was a piece of cake last week was a challenge this week. We did 6 miles again, but instead of just going 2 loops around the park on a nice flat surface, we went out of the park & hit the streets & the neighborhoods. This meant hills.

Oy the hills.

Those hills kicked. my. ASS!

Going down was fine. (this is when I love gravity) It was the whole going back UP the hills thing that sucked.

But I survived. :)

And I ran a lot more this week than last week.

And I've lost about 12 lbs.

So WOO!! :)
