My back is much worse today. It's so bad I had to stay home from work. This is not good. I am FREAKING OUT!!!

Diary of a Fat Girl "Running" Tri-ing/Cycling
After 3-1/2 years & 4 marathons with Team in Training, I decided to try something new. On Sept. 14, 2008 I will compete in the Nation's Triathlon in Washington, DC with TNT & on Oct. 26 I will do the 45 mile LiveStrong Challenge in Austin, TX with my family.
